Kaga-Honda Museum

KAGA-HONDA MUSEUM displays various objects such as weapons, armor, horse riding equipment, art and craft objects, antique calligraphy, etc., which were treasured by generations of Honda Family, who were the chief retainers of Maeda Family (Kaga's ruling feudal family). Visitors can get a glimpse of Kaga's Samurai culture through Honda Family's various art objects including "Murasame no Tsubo" (Murasame Vase or Jar) which is regarded as the greatest of Honda Family's treasures.
