Ishikawa Prefectural Museum of Traditional Arts and Crafts

This Museum displays all the famous traditional arts and crafts of Ishikawa and offers its visitors an introduction to the process of making these craftworks. The museum also has a museum shop and cafŽ where visitors can actually touch the art and craft works. There's also a Tea Ceremony room in another section of the Museum where visitors can enjoy Maccha (green tea).The main concept behind this Museum is "Traditional Beauty, Skills and Heart" and it offers these crafts as a part of people's daily lives. For example, it'll be interesting to use these traditional concepts while thinking about modern table setting or interior.

Access

From JR Kanazawa station, take a Hokutetsu bus towards Kodatsuno and get down at Kanazawa Iryo Center Mae from where It's one minute walk from the bus stop
